Sunburns suck, a lot. I used to get them a lot, during the summer, but now I wear sunblock. Anyways, my Dad still has an aloe vera plant, that he grew for me. =p

Another thing that works, is tea. Like, poor it on, in the shower. Feels good.

Maybe this should be in health?

If you go to the store (like WallMart, Target, Wallgreens, etc.) they should have nice aleo vera, even in a gel that cools when it goes on. I got a really bad sunburn last summer, but I never put anything on mine. I just suck it up and let it peel, haha, and pray that I don't get skin cancer; I don't burn a lot though.

I have a lot of italian in me, so I don't usually burn, but I also have Irish, German, and English in me, too. So I burn because of that, but it's never that bad. I usually wear sunblock so I hardly ever get it.

I have this stuff by Clinique called "rescue balm" and I use it any time I get sunburn. It smells sort of minty, and it works pretty good in repairing your skin and reducing peeling. _smile.gif

Aloe vera is good, too.

I remember when I got a sunburn from when my family and I vacationed in Hawaii. It was fun, but it sucked 'cause when we came back home it kinda' hurt to take a shower. pinch.gif

Aloe vera is a great way to sooth your skin when sunburnt. Definitely the way to go.
