when you look at your contact.. it should look more like it's cupped. When it's flipped.. it's more open looking. That's the best way i can describe it and with ghetto picture here --> correct (_) not correct--> \_/

haha, actually, thats how i think of it. and if you have acuvue contacts, apparently, if you're holding them the right way, if you look at them from the side, it says "acuvue" or something.

You'll get used to it fast...I did. I remember I was the same way but now I put them in the dark, with my eyes closed (j/k) and yeah, upside down, running, falling...anything you can think of *is that sushi*-->*runs*

It'll kind of hurt the first few times i think... o yeah... when u r putting them in... make sure that the contact is wet and that your eye is wet too (as in not all dried out from having it open too long)... think of slapping 2 pieces of wet newspaper together... it's like that. and also the finger you use to put the contact in... make sure it's like dry... i usually wipe it on a dry part on my other hand... cuz if your finger is reallie wet... the contact is never going to leave it... -__- it took me like 15 min to put it in the first few times... haha... good luck! ;)

Like hair products said, when you hold them up, look closely. If it's shaped like a bowl, it's correct. If the sides are a bit frayed out, then it's inside out. You'll know as you go on.

I don't know...but it's pretty easy for me to put them on and putting them off since day one. The only problem I had was it falling out and then losing them lol! Then I say, "Oh well, it's been a month since I changed my contacts," so I throw it away and get new ones. lol...

Yeah, it's pretty easy as you get used to it. I don't even need a mirror anymore.

It's okay, just keep practicing, you'll get it!!

Just don't wear them as much on the first week. Like 2 hours on the first day, 4 hours on the second day and you'll get used to it quick.

i got contacts yesturday!

my eye doctor told me to look at the contacts form the side. if it looks like a cup, its right. if it looks like a ufo you have to flip it over. if you put it in on hte ufo side it will irritate more.

anyhow, they don't bug me. but honestly i loved seeing the world blurry more than this. its so..like sharp. it gives me a headache.

If they're soft lens, you just put your finger on it and just pinch it off, but you have to pull your eyelid up whole you're doing it.

Im tried contacts for a few months and I never got used to them. Always taking them off during school and stuff. I try them again someday. I'd rather have expensive laser eye surgery. For now, I'm sticking with my glasses.
