I kinda feel bad for people who have to use higher octane fuels. I use a V8 330 HP 350 TQ car and use regular. Runs almost the same performance/mpg as premium.

You do realize it'll probably be twice as much in a couple of years, right?

We'll since how invincible you are then, eh?

Yeah, so, 2.99 around here in Texas.

Yeah, that equates to like $5/gallon. That's why I find it funny when people complain about $3/gallon.

I don't even know what it is here right. Expensive, because I live in a nice area of San Diego.

For Central New Jersey...
Lowest I saw was 2.89 maybe a week ago, but the most common is 2.93-2.97. Highest I saw was 3.19.

I wouldn't mind the increase in gas prices if wages would increase as well to compensate. Problems only start occuring when wages are too low and not kept up with the increase in economy.

I saw some for $3.06 at Sams Club yesterday. And over Memorial Day weekend it was up around $3.15. This is for the Tampa area, btw.

With that typhoon that hit Oman yesterday and today, gas prices are expected to rise. mellow.gif

I don't think that would happen, unless it was in an area already way up there. I mean unless they get some reason, even though they're bullshit excuses most of the time, like a major hurricane that hits a pump, not too much fluctuation will happen. But that's just my prediction.
