i found a myspace and her pictures were different with the eyes. does anyone know how to make your eyes really shiny-looking and something like these?

I don't know if you will find an exact tutorial for that with that particular program. Photoshop, paint shop pro, and gimp all work fine.

Just use the 'sharpen' tool, if you can find it.

That looks natural...like the light just hitting their eyes. Or add glitter brushes at a low capacity.

are you sure that they even used an effect on the eyes? maybe they are natural

they look at bit light, but lighting can do that |
