Pregnancy Options

This one girl went to a party on Friday. While she was at the party, she was drinking & smoking. She then woke up & found her v-----* sore. She assumes it's rape under the influence & she's telling people that she's pregnant after 3 days prior to the party. I'm thinking that she'sseeking for attention. She a bit on the "fatty side" so her stomach isn't big, it's just belly fat. & how can you determine, after 3 DAYS, that you're pregnant? Isn't it after 3 MONTHS you can tell whether you're pregant or not because of your missed periods, morning sickness, & developing symptons?

What do you guys think about this?

I think you can take a pregnancy test after a week. Any time before then is too soon to tell.

Also, does this girl's friends or fellow partygoers remember seeing her come out of a bedroom/other possible rape scene with a guy?

Stupidly enough, she was with all guys. She's telling everyone about this even though she wants to keep this situation on the down low. She's telling people that she's not even close to. I mean if I was in her position, I would just tell my closest friends to see if they can help me out but her telling people about it like it's gossip? I think she' seeking for attention.

Ah...it's always a good idea to have at least one girlfriend with you, preferably sober to keep an eye out for her friends. >.<

I don't know any way else to help. Does she remember going into a room with a guy/guys, or was she too intoxicated by then to remember?

I'm not exactly sure of what happened. But I think she wants people to feel sorry for her & that's why she made up this BS that she's pregnant.

i dont think you can tell if you're pregnant right after three days. in any case, she should go to the doctors just to see if she got anything from the guy who supposedly "raped" her. maybe then we'll see if her story is actually true.

You can actually take a pregnancy test before your missed period to determine if you're pregnant or not. If she was going around telling people all this than maybe she really does want attention and sympathy for it happening--if it did. Don't dismiss it for fiction right away, though. That's why it's always a good idea to have someone who's sober there.

But that would have the opposite effect, wouldn't it? I can see where she's trying to go, saying she was raped...but then again, she was drinking and not watching her actions, so people might call her a slut anyway.

I'm sure that when girls lose their virginity in that sort of situation, pregnancy is a huge fear. But you didn't mention whether or not it was her V-card that was given up.

I think you can tell in a month (if you have a regular period).

mm..i dont remember how long it is..but it takes like..48 hours to get an egg fertilized or something..

and pregnancy tests cant determine pregnancy that quickly.

and whether or not the test says pregnant
go to a free clinic to get it checked out.

pregnancy tests can be taken up to 5 days before your period is supposed to come (but the closer to it, the better)

you can never know 3 days after the fact.

But it does seem that she's trying fish for sympathy. In my opinion, rape is a very sensitive and personal topic for me and I wouldn't be telling everyone that I got raped. Now, if I was raped, I wouldn't be as worried about if I'm pregnant or not. As dramatic as it sounds, I'd be really scared and insecure because I'd feel emotionally scarred. The fact that you're so vulnerable and someone so sick can do such a thing would have a big impact on me.

I say you can never be too sure. Let her wait a good week and buy a pregnancy test. She can always go to the school nurse, if anything.
