so thismorning i was doing some catching up on homework and i was taking break surfing around xanga and all of a sudden my computer restarted itself!! its weird because that hasnt happened to me before and i didnt do anything to provoke it. but when it did restart it gave me those error reports and it gave me a website to look by Microsoft: Microsoft Error Report *Don't worry it's safe, its by Microsoft and it gives me limited information as you can tell then it gives me the link to go Visual Networks and it gives me two files, one to download and the other is too read something I think....

so does anyone know the real problem/what the heck happened, can someone put this english for me (haha), how i can prevent this from happening again, and should i dload that file?

i doubt its a virus or anything like because i just ran a scan two days ago, i just restored my computer and clean off the slate two days ago...so i have no idea...

BUT the good thing is, it happened only once.

If it keeps happening, you should be worried. Other than that, just chill.

My computer has done that before but that was due to it making automatic windows updates.

I dont know if thats what going on with you.

Mine does that on occasion. Usually randomly when I'm trying to do something it doesn't like.

If it happens constantly, and you're not provoking with with anything, then it could be a reboot virus of some sort.
