sooo theres probably another topic like this already...but still..
me and my ex broke up recently (in the past month). we were rocky since march. we were going on our 10th month. i can`t get over him. i seriously can`t. there was just someting about him; that i`m not willing to let go of. and theres absolutely no chance of us ever getting back. yes i know...10 months..thats nothing. but i seriously do think i fell in love. everything about him both good and bad; i miss. i`ve never trusted any guy like i trusted him. i`ve never let anyone get that close to me. he was my bestfriend. my everything. he knew/knows me better than any of my girl best friends. i`m not willing to start all that over with another person. i need help...shud i try to talk to him? or just let it go....? |

bcus hes one of those popular boys..where everything your friends say goes.
his friends didnt like me cus he spent time with me more than he did with them. they got jealous; told him that they didn`t like me. plus his mom despises me & hes a momma`s boy. and it probably doesn`t help that i`m over protective of him... we were on the rocks cus he started smoking, and he wouldn`t stop. plus theres this one specific girl at school i despise, and you think he`d stop talking to her..but noo..... |

Honey, I think you should let it go.  If your relationship clearly ended because of a change of feelings... it's no use trying to re-build it. Letting go is easier and less painful in the long run, trust me. On the other hand... if it ended because of a misunderstanding or because of a stupid fight, you should probably consider talking to him about it privately sometime. There's no use in giving up on something if it still has potential to work out. 10 months isn't a short, silly deal; real feelings get formed and people get really involved. Just don't force anything that can't be. Good luck... |

how do you know there's really no chance of getting back together with him? if you really know there's no chance of getting back together, then the best thing for you to do is take that reality. i mean, you can try to fill your day up with activities or hobbies or something to get your mind off of things, or if you still want to remain friends with him then there's nothing wrong with doing that either. sometimes that can backfire on you though and not really help you move on at all because he's constantly there and you know there's nothing that will ever happen. does that make sense? it's just whatever you decide to do i think. i would just move on and try other activities and when the time is right i would look for other guys. he's not the only one out there. =] although right now it may feel like he is the only one out there he's really not. you make him bigger than he really is. does that make sense? ehh that's just me. :) good luck with whatever you decide to do though.

thanks you guys for all the help...things..didnt work out. my friend had threewayed us yesterday..she asked him if he loved me; he said i used to but not anymore. how does a person fall out of love so quick? if it was soo quick; was he even in love? i asked him if we were gonna be friends at all; he said no, bcus his "friends" dont want anything to do wit me

some people honestly love their friends more than their girl friends, maybe. it sounds to me that he's a little torn between you and his friends, but that doesn't excuse the way he decides to go back on his word and suddenly start talking to you after he pretty much told you that you weren't friends anymore. w/e happens i'd kill him in his sleep all the same.

Firstly, do cheer up.
If you think this guy is seriously worth you going all out to get him back, then go on. But before that, you have got to really weight the worth of all these that you're doing. If he really does whatever his friends say, then i'll say you have better not return to him. It happened once, & it might happen again. |
