are there any good XP-compatable chat clients other than Trillian or GAIM?

Are you looking for something that supports multiple chat clients? Because if that's the case, then I only know of Trillian and GAIM.

I'm sorry. Hopefully someone will come along, see this and give you more assistance.

Kids these days, when I was a lad, we only had carrier pigeon and we had to wait 15 days for a response. And we were grateful for it too.

^Lucky bastard, my carrier pigeon died when I was three. My family couldn't afford to get us another one. It was a very traumatic experience. sad.gif

I've tried several chat clients for XP and I can say none ever convinced me to switch over from Trillian. Unfortunately, you said "good" clients, and it's been way too long since I've used a PC that was my own computer, so like Rebecca, I can't think of any others.

I haven't found any clients that are as reliable as the ones you listed. If you use a particular messenger service or chat client, maybe searching for something a bit more specific may produce better results.

there's meebo.com, it lets you log into multiple IM accounts at the same time, through your browser.
