Are there a lot of police in your neighborhood? On campus, the police office is right near my dorm so I always see cops around. It's kinda scary how often I hear sirens.

Not really, I dont even know where the nearest police station is.
 I hear sirens when they are driving down US-1 though, Since that is basically my backyard.But most of the time there arent any cops in my neighborhood. I have caught a few creepin' before though, for... whatever reason. |

I probably see the police run drive-bys around my neighborhood only once a month.

even at my highschool, the police station was right across the street. so there was a police car every few minutes. it was very scary.

Not really. I only see them if they're guiding the traffic if they're doing roadwork or something. I live in a boring town.

Yeah they patrol around my area.
Some dude got stabbed from a road next to where I live.. and we had just recently moved here- which was scary.

In Irvine (where I moved from), I lived across the street from a police station, so I saw cops A LOT.
Here (in Pittsburgh) not so much. |

I guess there are a significant amount of police officers here. I see at least one or two police cars patrolling every day when I walk home from the subway station.

Yeah there are huge amounts of cruisers patrollin the area. Because of the number of assaults that have happend around my area.

My house is near a freeway so you can clearly hear when cars drive by. As far as police, sometimes. Sometimes I see police officers waiting in dark corners to catch people who drive too fast. But other than that, nope.

We have usually 2 or 4 rent-a-cops on campus at school.
But..we have a cop that lives down the road from me.. |

There's a police station a block or two away from where I live, so yes, I see police cars often. Though they don't usually turn the sirens on. I see our campus police cruising around everywhere but I feel more secure than scared.

I don't see cops everywhere for where I live. Yes, I do see them sometimes just driving by, but not everywhere.
