You are quite possibly the worst choice for staff member.
1 - You jock. Not a very good example to set for the community.
2 - You are part of a new, possibly opposing site (that HTML thingy).
3 - You cause many problems here at CB, including the bashing of other members and such.

Maybe if you get your act together, the mods/admins will begin to even think about considering you as a staff member.

And whatsyourexcuse, just because you managed to slip under the radar for about a week without getting in trouble (as far as I know) doesn't mean you're staff material. Hell, if I had to guess, I'd say you're only trying harder to be a staff member for your own power hungry agendas. You tried to make an opposing forum that you shamelessly advirtised here. I agree, and most of all, yes you're supposed to be helpful. NO, not just for xanga help. In the community as well. People as question about relationships blah blah blah, you might wanna post in those as well. No, that DOESN'T MEAN "backseating" the mod, like what DrNick311 once said. And it would be nice if you continuously tried to be courteous to others.

I know some people might not care, but HONESTLY, I've seen alot of people who just post for the sake of posts and only CARE ABOUT THE TITLE. That's why it's great that people got nominated into the position because they didn't CONTINUOUSLY whine about being a mod. Everyone just wants it for the title of being on staff and thinking we get free stuff and such. It's about REAL WORK.

You know, when I first became a mod, I thought "hey, why not just try and ask someone if I can. If not, it's okay." I didn't even expect I'd be a mod because I always though the moderators knew each other and I was just some regular member. But I'm glad I did get accepted by Jusun because I felt like I have a sort of purpose in life. And stop getting so hissy fitty about it, whatsyourexcuse? You better watch what you say because honestly, with that sort of mouth, you wouldn't qualify.

Official Member is good enough for me . I'd still appreciate being a mod, though. Just be a good person and you're bound to become a mod eventually. Exactly. I work hard on animations, the few HTML codes I've memorized, and pictures that I've made with limited software. That's why I'm going for design staff.
