HELP, few small questions Options

someone is making a layout for me. a layout where theres a content box incorporated into the layout. so the whole design is there on the screen and u dont have to scroll ur browser.

well, he is asking me these questions now and I don't know! I was gonna get someone else to code it for me, so I don't know what to say. I don't do this stuff.

Oh, this is for my blog a.k.a WORDPRESS

He asks:
Will you be using iframes?
Invisible iframes?
Do you want the final output in imagemaps?

what's better? help me. I don't do this stuff, so I don't know.

EDIT: oh, and also is 900x600 a good size for the whole layout (to fit on the screen) cuz most peoples resolutions are probably 1024x768 or just a lil bigger. 900x600 basically takes up the whole screen on a 1024x768 resolution.

A layout that scales to the size of the user's display is the best size.

what about the other stuff, I don't really care about that, that's not why I made the post, it was just an after thought. I really need to know about what I should use for the wordpress layout. iframes, invisble iframes, etc....someone said neither. i should use div layers.
