How often do you get ill? Options

Everyone gets ill at some point. How often do you get ill? I'm just curious lol

I rarely get sick. Maybe once or twice a year, but never bad enough to stay out of school.

Lately? Quite a bit. Not the cough-y, snotty, sore throat sick, but just generally feel ill, like all the time.

Problem's getting fixed though. :)

I haven't been absent at school due to illness for 5 years already. I rarely get sick, and even so, it's just a little cold and sore throat that would be recovered in a week.

I almost always get sick during vacations/breaks (like the flu or something).. Other than that, never because I keep a good amount of vitamin C in my system. :D Well, maybe the cold every once in a while, but hardly ever.

it depends. mostly around twice as far as throwing up sick. but just headache/feel-bad sick...alot. but i usually go to school anyways.

I don't get sick very often... maybe a couple or so times a year.

When I do get sick, it's usually pretty bad, though. It throws me off, big time. Stuff that I've gotta do starts to pile up, so I try to stay healthy to avoid this.

I used to get ill a lot, but now i'm not very ill that often.
I do have a lot of headaches and stuff, but nothing that keeps me in bed for over 2 days.

I'm only seriously sick every year or so.

I never actully got sick last school year..it made me mad..but i faked sick a bunch of times to get out of school

lets see i have asthma which wears down the immune system.... um i get sick like every 3-6 months and its usually during season change or i change the time of my BC other then that im healthy

Usually when school first starts, because I never get enough sleep.
If I dont get atleast 7 hours of sleep I get sick.

Haven't been sick since I was 18, I turn 24 this year. Almost 6 years without being sick. I had a cold (sore throat, sneezing, coughing, and stuffed up sinus) though... but it lasted only 2 days. All I did was add another dose of vitamins and bumped up my water intake to 2 gallons instead of 1 gallon and 32 oucnes of Gatorade each day.

I would like to also add, that a week later, I added beepollen to my diet. 1 Spoonful a day... never felt ill since then.

^Yeah that's about how frequently I get sick too nowadays haha. I drink a huge amount of orange juice, which is pumped w/ vitamins. I've been sick once in the past 4 years, other than a couple colds. And that was tonsillitis.

Proud to say that i have been only 2 times in my life in a hospital, 1 when was born and 2nd when i was in army and i wanned to get a small vacation so i faked an injured leg :)))) my bad :D

A LOT. i have horrible allergies and live with two cats. i eat bad and yeah. not good. i wake up with sore throat a lot. har har but seriously.
