I'm having this get together at a beach and my mom's letting me buy one pair of flip flops. It's beginning to become pretty hot in my area so I'll probably start wearing the flip flops daily. So I need a pair of flip flops that'll match with the majority of my outfits. These flip flops are all the same price. Soo..based on style, appeal, its practicability&& the worth of its cost, which pair should I buy?
From how I see it, the victoria secret flip flops are really cute and has alot more design than the hollister flip flops. Buttt the hollister flip flops would match more with my outfits. Do you see what I mean? ++Or do you have any suggestions of brands or stores that carry good flip flops? A ![]() B ![]() C ![]() D ![]() |

Just one pair?
Hmm. At Old Navy, you can get 2 pairs for $5, which is cheaper than any of the stores you listed, even for one pair. If you're planning on wearing them everyday, white or baby pink might be a little risky. Unless you wash your feet 18 times a day, all of the dirt and sweat and what have you will leave prints on them. They're a bitch to get out. I'd suggest brown... it goes with pretty much everything, and dirt doesn't really show up. Trust me, I've put a lot of thought into this stuff on my own. ![]() |

^ I agree.
I never understood why people bought flipflops for 30 some dollars. I always buy the cheap ones because I love to wear them everywhere... and when you wear them they get dirty. I like the VS ones you posted, but when you wear them no one's really going to see the design. I think I'd go with something cheaper for a vaca. |

I would get good quality flip flops which tend to be more expensive, since you can only get one. If you're going to be wearing them everyday, Old Navy ones might wear out. Also, you shouldn't get white flip flops because they'll get dirty easily (unless you want to wash them occassionally?)

if your mom is only letting you get one pair, you might as well splurge and get nice flip flops. i'd say A is the cutest design, but you won't see the designs underneath your feet once you wear them.
![]() hmm... i'd say either A, or some other flip flops similar to that but in a different color. |

I concur that if your mom will ONLY allow you to buy ONE pair, you should splurge. They need to be durable, right? I agree that brown is a good color. Black ones tend to make your feet get dirty -- or well, the ones that I've had, lol -- and white ones get dirty themselves. Pink ones are too flashy, especially the victoria's secret ones.
If you want something durable, I'd suggest Rainbows, but those are at least 40$ a pop. But I've had then for over a year and they still feel pretty sturdy. I wear them through the water, grass, dirt, sand, etc. So yea they're pretty durable. Plus, they are really comfy, since they conform to the shape of your foot. ;] Anyway, Option A is indeed VERY CUTE, but if you were going to go with any that would match with your outfits, I would suggest D because having it all white is boring (option C), so D looks better. |

yes, i love rainbow sandals...so comfy
![]() I usually buy them from sport stores ![]() I have these adidas black ones with massage bumps but i like the polka-dotted on and the whole white one from Hollister then again, Old Navy has some pretty nice ones (colors that compliment your outfit) for a cheaper price |
