Premium?, no option for header html :( |

i just have one question... do i have to be a premium member to input html into the header?
cuz i'm not a premium member... and when i choose "input your own header html," there's no drop down menu... >.> somebody help! here's a screen shot, just in case... lol.

hrm... weird. i messed around with it a bit, and suddently the drop down box popped up outta nowhere..
