So I have a 4GB USB that I just bought and I plan to store all my important pics and stuff in it. But if I disconnect it from my computer without clicking the "Safely Remove Hardware" thingy on my notifications area, is the USB really at risk of losing data? I get so lazy to do that sometimes. -__-

Well, I don't think so. And in fact, I have never used "Safely Removed Hardware" before. I always just unplug my flash drive and nothing wrong has ever happened to it.

um sometimes if the files are big and you are saving it at the moment there is a risk of actually damaging that file. since its so large it takes a little bit to load or unload on your computer.

i get lazy too and do that sometimes.

Oh, you mean taking it out while you're copying/moving a file?
