really toned and defined shoulder muscles as in which excercises and programs? Seriously I want like a cut between the top shoulder muscle and I think the tricep. hahhaha I don't really know but I want it.

um, join track or cross country.
we do an ab and weight workout every day after practice. |

If there's a weight lifting class in your school, you can ask to be transfered in. Doing several push ups and sit ups usually hit the spot.

Flyes are really good. Or lateral raises. It's pretty easy to get defined shoulders, because that's a place where you tend to not have a lot of fat.

I think... swimming, pull-ups, dumbbells, fly's... Any of those would work. Ask a fitness teacher at your school when you have some free time.
