Do you mean the premade layouts? You'll just have to look through and see if there's one you like that offers friends and comments. Otherwise, if there's a layout that you like you can contact the person who made is and ask if you can add the friends/comments, there's a code to do so in the Script section.

I would suggest contacting the person who made them to make sure you can change the code. After you do so you can post your code here (so you can be shown what codes to remove to show the friends and comments) then you can use a script like this to make a div for them.
