is it true that portland has a lot of crackheads and homeless people cuz i tuned into cnn news whatever, and they were talking about how many cocaine abusing, street-living teens there were and how they live an everyday-life and what they do. that is sad, i feel bad for them. didn't expect this from the city of portland.

There are indeed some places where cocaine is used more often, but that does not allow a person to assume that that area has a lot of crackheads.
