Now, you can take this many ways. You can take it at face value or..... 1) Heigl is using this as an excuse to jump ship because she knows the show is sinking 2) She's uncomfortable working with Isaiah Washington 3) Kat wants to do films or 4) The most likely scenario is that her "camp" leaked this information as a ploy to force ABC/Touchstone's hand in the contract negotiation. And, hopefully they will step up to the plate and pay her what she (thinks she) deserves. Either way, this is not good news for the show, which has been suffering a string of negative publicity lately. SHES NOT LEAVING.
i saw a story on her today on some entertainment nightly show. her character is in contract for a really long time and abc is going to make her into a main, main character. not just a main character. haha, that didnt really make sense. plus, her salary went up too. |
