yea, i hate being sore.

i know it's a big no-no to not do some conditioning yourself out of the season..but thats what i did. nothing.

i hate it noww..it's only the second day of track practice and im dying. i cant even sit on the toilet without plopping myself onto it.

anyone else hate being sore as much as i do?

take a hot bath or use a heating pad. it works wonders!

i hate it when that happens. i've been sore for the past couple of days since badminton started. it's not extremely bad, but i can feel it when i'm walking and stuff. the main thing is my lower back. but i remember when i did track and the next day, i couldn't get out of bed. and when i walked down the stairs, i was like "ow... owowowowowowowow" for each step. it SUCKED!

aww i remember when i was hella sore!
my track coach said that the soreness comes from the stiffness of your legs (from running )
just try stretching to relieve it; you'll get use to it soon _smile.gif

The soreness went away after my first week of fitness. It prepared me for other sports.

Yeah man that's everyday.

Buy pounds of ice cubes, fill a tub with them and sit in it for awhile. It really does work.

being sore is like a half half thing, like i like the fact that i'm gonna gain something from it... but its a pain to walk, go up/down stairs, etc
last time i got it bad was the first week of gym back in september... long summer of just sitting on my ass.... lol

Yup. First day of track practice for me was pretty hard. For a week I walked like I had a stick up my ass. Not fun, but I didn't feel it when I ran at least which was for 2-3 hours at practice. After that of course, I could barely walk.

I hate but love that sore feeling. I hate how I can't move or do anything normally since I can't move. I love it because I know that the workout i'm doing for whatever is working and it's just going to make it stronger and more resistant. If that made any sense. blink.gif

i hate it... but at the same time, i love it.
it makes me feel like i did work hard, and that i did push. (:
i love everything that has to do with running, so yeah.

try taking a nice, warm bath... that helps me feel better about it.

I love being sore. I'm always in a better mood when I'm sore...

like now dance.gif

People make fun of me though, because I laugh so much more and then some people are like "what what happened?" and I'm just like "I'm sore!" dance.gif And then they look at me weirdly.

Do you need a man slave?

I like the soreness, it means my body is getting used to the condition and becoming stronger. This always happens when I haven't played soccer for a long time or any sports.
The down side is that at it's worst I walk funny and can't even do simple things like put my shirt on or lift my arms up. I'm always at my weakest at this point.

I reallllyy hate it. But it's a good feeling knowing you are doing something good for yourself. Sore muscles will always go away, but bad health and lack of exercise can eventually build up on you.

I hate it some days because I have to do even more stuff that'll just make it worse...but I sometimes like the feeling cause it means I worked hard beforehand.
