I finished Franny and Zooey a couple of days ago and I must say that I really enjoyed it. More of those intellectual assholes that I relate to so characteristic of Salinger. tongue.gif I found it somewhat reminiscent of The Royal Tenenbaums in the way that the family was portrayed.

Has anyone else read this? Any other opinions?

No, I've never read it. I do have one question though, how does it relate to The Catcher in the Rye? I've read that and really liked it, and I'm thinking of reading Franny and Zooey.

Well, you know how Holden is a big a-hole and is really pretentious? Franny and Zooey Glass are too. And they live in New York, too.

It's been a year since I read Franny and Zooey, but I really liked it. I might re-read it when I have time.
