Interesting.
I've done this on Valentine's Day. I only did it because I planned to a week or two in advance. The large amount of snow was a huge surprise. I was only outside for 10 minutes at most though because the guy I'm still seeing picked me up. I changed into pants when I went home though. Hey! stupid, but more than half of the girls in my school do in the winter time, since i go to a catholic school, and the girls in my school think the skirts look better than pants so they wear it, but i don't :).

Depends. If a girl is wearing a completely tiny outfit when it's cold, then yes they're stupid. A short skirt + cute sweater = nice outfit. It just depends. You can tell which girls are the stupid ones anyways.

I think it's cute when some people wear it.
When I was London during winter, wearing my 3,000 layers, I really respected the women who still wore thigh-length dresses and heels. They pulled it off well. I just prefer to stay warm. |

First of all, define "cold." I'm from Washington and anything below 60 degrees is deemed cold. We're lame like that.
I wear short skirts all the time, even when it's 2 degrees outside. Flip flops, too. Am I stupid? No? Pants can get really old. Might as well suck it up. Besides, you're only outside for like, 5-10 minutes at most. Most of the day you're inside. Eh, I find it a bit annoying when they wear skirts and flip-flops and then they complain repeatedly about how they cold they are to get attention.
I don't really see a point in wearing the articles of clothing they choose to wear. If they want to do it though, then they have every right to do so. -shrugs- I've always worn jeans and t-shirts and carry a hoodie in the winter. Its good enough when your stuck in a building all day at school. |

I know a few guys in my class who will not wear pants ever. No matter how cold it is, they wear shorts and flip flops and a light jacket or a hoodie, but still. Shorts!? its lke 20 degrees out..and its cold in a lot of the classrooms in my college too. I don't see why they would want to dress like that in this weather, and complain its cold.
 One guy says he doesn't like the feeling of pants, and that's the only reason.
