Yeah I know I tried that but it only made the bar transparent and it didn't remove it. Instead some box thing was floating on top. I don't maybe I'll try it again right now.

The electric blue and black go well together. I like how the everything in the image seems to flow as you scroll down. :) I don't like that the text used to describe yourself is all in caps. In my opinion, it doesn't scream elegance as the rest of the layout does. The 'L' in Lanochka at the very top doesn't really look like an 'L'. :P For the drop down lists, nothing is listed. Was this intentional? To me, everything is aligned in Firefox. Great job. :)

I'll just address your points with bullets.

-the capped text is only for easier reading. I wanted to go with a 11px Georgia font, but I realized it would be way too hard on the eyes.

-I realize the L at the top looks like a J. lol. Oh well. It's not like many people pay attention to the name anyway =]

-I've put content in the drop down lists =]

I'm glad everything is aligned. Sometimes on my computer the pixels are off by a few XD

That looks great Deary, your link hovers are very neat. I'm actually making some just like that for my layout. I just haven't gotten around to putting the layout together sadly

Looks great though, I love the placement of everything. Fits together perfectly. You should have made your friends picture in to links that would have been really neat too. I like how their placed though with the tiny text around them.

I agree with Mona about the font used for your "about me" stuff, but other than that it looks amazing. I love the colors, the images used, everything.

Your layout is great eye candy. Immediately the colors of the layout caught my eyes. It's kind of fun to work my way from the top to the bottom of the layout. Great job with this one.

Oh my Gosh, I LOVE this. Like Mona said, was a ton of fun just to keep on scrolling down this to see what other tricks you had up your sleeve. Essentially, it's built on squares but you don't really notice that with all your awesome graphic work and the sensible use of brushes. My favourite part was that little animation of the cartoon with the ball; that was super cute. But I also liked the rollovers and the mouse over TV - very good accessories.
