What're the things in your life that you don't believe you deserve? Or on the other side, what're things you think you deserve, but still don't have?

My mom is the most amazing individual ever, and I don't now how she withstood the bitch fits I used to have, but she still loves me unconditionally and is still the strongest person I'll ever know. She knows and trusts better than anyone else. That treatment from her, I know I don't deserve.

Aaaand on the other side of the spectrum, the rest of my family (dad, cousins, you name it) doesn't trust me at all. I believe I deserve their trust, but there's not much I can do about it. shrug.gif

I don't deserve any of the things I have, I dont deserve to have the amazing friends that I have, or ... well, anything.
I am insanely grateful for those things, though.

I don't deserve to have a dad like mine.

But I do deserve to have a better mother.

I'm a full believer in karma. I've done bad things and have bad things happen to me, I've done good things and have had good things happen to me.

I don't think I deserve a lot of the things I have...I wish I did, though.

But I do think I deserve a more... understanding father.

Oh man, I definitely don't deserve the amazing family I have.
I deserve a better job, though. Well... not a better job, just a better manager. Everything else is cool. thumbsup.gif

I don't think I deserve any of the things my mom buys me and does for me. Being her only daughter she tends to spoil me. Sometimes I can be a true pain in the ass, so I really don't think I deserve it.

But I do think I deserve a better father and a job (searching for jobs sucks).

I don't deserve all the money my dad gives me and all the love my mother showers down on me.
I don't deserve my "friends".
I do deserve...my grades?

After a while the word deserves starts to look funny.

Agreed, when it comes to those two people.

My dad is amazing. Even though I think his girlfriend has a huge impact on his decisions it doesn't go away from the fact that hes great.

My mother on the other hand, getting called names everyday and having to listen to yelling all day in the house wasn't exactly a bed full of sunflowers every morning. I'm glad shes gone.

I've always been the type of person that just doesn't think they deserve anything in life, and everything/everyone is better than me. So I always strive to be the very best I can be, and try to get to the top. Sometimes I succeed and others I fall short. I think in the long run though I've come to see that I deserve something.

I don't deserve the love my parents give me, to be honest. I went through this really terrible bad girl phase, and I regret it like shiet now.
That doesn't mean I want them to stop showing that they care though, it just means I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to them... since I'm not rich yet. JK :]

Otoh, I deserve my cousins's[?] praise instead of anger and jealousy every time I accomplish something [which is pretty rarely]. Still not getting that.

I used to be exactly like that; like I needed to do live up to what I have. I've kind of changed to see that there's more of a balance instead; I deserve some things, but others, I stilll have to work harder for.

I don't deserve my mom. She's very strong and works so hard to support me and my brother by herself and I don't act nearly grateful enough for it, but I'm trying to change that.
Sometimes I think I don't deserve my friends, but when I look back on what I've done I'm actually there for them a lot, just as much as they're there for me. So I guess we deserve each other equally; good give-and-take relationships.

I think i deserve a decent boyfriend rolleyes.gif I'm nice, smart, un-slutty, friendly... I guess I'm missing some key things that I can't change?

I don't think I deserve how my parents spoil me so much. Like either material or otherwise. They go through a lot of trouble for me.

Honestly, I don't think I deserve to be in the magnet, if not for my accelerated math. I'm a horrible worker and I get lower grades than I could've gotten because I didn't do homework. -shrugs- I just don't think I'm motivated enough.

I think I deserve to be let out of the house more, though. I never get to go anywhere.

I don't deserve a lot of my family and my closest friends. They are all amazing and I don't feel that I give the same back.

I do deserve a raise though, or at least pay for overtime. I spent a total of 8 hours this week sewing tutus, and didn't get paid a penny for it. _dry.gif
