I'm just wondering, how do you guys get your arms in shape? I barely have any upperbody strength whatsoever, & they're really out of shape. Soo what exercises would you guys recommend?

Do twenty pushups every night before you go to bed - eventually you'll get there. If you get into the habit of doing a daily routine, it really helps.

What part of your arms? For your forearms do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. It works really fast. Push ups are good too because they also work your abs. thumbsup.gif

Do the curls. Biscep curls and wrist curls and maybe some pullovers to work your triceps.
