need help with code and scrollbars Options

i need help with the bottom scrollbar....i tried changing the blog width but it doesn't seem to help...and i was also wondering how u could make the side scrollbar transparent here's the code that i'm using...thank u in advance

The thing that's supposed to alter isn't defined. Maybe that's throwing your whole code off?
