Congrats to Suzzette (brownsugar) for winning January's MotM!
 How it works: Everyone posts in this thread with the ONE person they believe has stood out the most during the month. The staff will then vote out of the nominations to decide who wins. Rules: - You must only make one nomination. - You may not nominate yourself. - You cannot nominate someone who's already won in the past 2 months. - The member must be an Official Member/Designer. - Staff may not make nominations. No... You don't mean irrelevant. You may mean unjust/unfair/not the best way of judging member of the month, or something similar, but irrelevant, no. That claim doesn't make sense.
Granted, you can be a fully contributing member without being Official, but that doesn't make it irrelevant within the context of this competition. |

Actually, staff aren't allowed to vote in the member of the month thread, atleast I heard plenty about doing it sometime ago.. You have to wait til the end of the month to put your vote.
 To Dani - then why did I have to hear from people all the time that I shouldn't suggest or vote for someone in this thread? o_O Because I specifically remember Kara saying something about it and then this : (won't let me quote)  I really don't have anything against Staff voting or even nominating. I just wish you guys would make up your mind and write it down in the rules or something |

What do you mean by contributing? Well, if you mean submitting wallpaper, icons, and designs of that such, then you're system is severely corrupt, because "contributing" to the boards sounds to me like nothing other than that.
I guess I'll just have to sit back and say the words I want typed into a microphone because I hit by a car and and unable to use my arms and hands extensively. So, I guess I'm just sorry God has designed his plan where I get Jewed out of an unfair system where you need your hands to "contribute" to cB. Good day. |

^^ Just wanted to point out that I got MotM well before I was hired. If anything, the trend seems to be that MotMs have a typically good chance of getting hired eventually.
