So yeah, he's doing the main character in this play called Equus which is about a teenage boy's messed up relationship with his parents, who are mildly abusive and give him all kinds of strange ideas about horses, religion and television. The main character blinds six horses and has an erotic relationship with one horse.

They said that he took this role to show that he is a professional actor. Not just some lucky kid who just happen to have the right genes to look like Harry Pottersd and got big money because of his looks. |

The pictures have started something of a media frenzy. Parents are saying that he shouldn't of done this 'cause he's Harry Potter and influences their children. But honestly, he's seventeen. I don't see it as disturbing. It's not so much about the horse as it as about the practice of psychiatry. And it shouldn't ruin his HP career, but doing the play is a risk. If he's a hit, then he will have much much much more respect in the acting business. Should he do not so well, then his reputation is at risk.
I think that's why he took the role; the fact that it's so unsafe. |

When I heard and saw the controversy that the media is making a big deal about this-I thought they lost their minds. I mean c'mon we all know that EVERYBODY grows up, probably not cut/toned up like him but they starting to grow into an adult. I think it just surprises most of the Harry Potter fans and etc because they watched him when he first started his big career when he was young. I mean other celebs. have done this type of buisness before why is there a need to make a big deal out of it?

i heard about it a few days ago and i have to say he is sooooooo hot
, odd role hes playing but my god he is soo hot and them pictures are awesome... well not the perez hilton ones... worst ass face ever... anyway if i had the money i would really love to go over there and see the play but... i'm stuck here in NY waiting for the next harry poter movie to come out

I'm actually considering buying tickets with a couple of friends...
I read a really long article about the play in the paper today... it actually seems really good. And the director interview entertained me, so i now feel compelled to support her. |
