How do you guys wash your bras? I'm wondering because on the bra, the label says that you have to hand wash it because some bras can get messedup or could be ruined if you put it in a normal washing machine.

It depends what the fabric is. Lingerie should be put in a lingerie bag (basically a netted bag), but otherwise you just wash them as you would anything else. :]

I just stick to sport bras and throw them with the other white clothes. I'm too lazy to worry about fabric things. =D

It depends on the fabric and structure and yadda yadda yadda

Typically you get more "milage" if you hand wash them because it's not as tough on them as machine washing and drying. I machine wash most of mine. Expensive ones I don't.

Er I handwash mine most of the time. I'd throw them in the washing once in a while to give them a rinsing action that can't be done by hand.

Usually regular machine wash. Although you need to make sure you put it on gentle cycle if you don't have a lot of clothes with them because my grandma decided to wash my clothes for some odd reason and completely totaled my really good bra once pinch.gif

There should be a handwash or gentle cycle option for your bras. Be sure to put the spin speed off or on low, and set the appropriate water temperature settings.
You might have to hang up the bras to air dry in your shower, instead of putting them in the dryer. It all depends on how delicate they are.
But your dryer should also have some special delicate settings.

For some odd reason I usually end up buying bras that can only be hand washed. I don't mind but it's just seems like an ongoing thing xP I don't pay attention enough to see if they are machine washable before I buy'em haha

I use one of those net bag type thingys specifically made for lingerie, for my cheaper non-padded bras. for my padded bras and ones I'd like to last for a while longer, I hand wash. and of course, i always air dry...makes them feel softer. whistling.gif

I put mine in a netted bag & chuck it in the washing machine.

Come to think of it, i've never read any of the labels on my bras.

I guess the label has to say something like that just incase u chuck them in the dryer.I don't know what happens if u chuck it in the dryer..... neva tried & neva heard of anybody who does.
