I wish people would accept style like that in the US. man bags are growing in europe and even a lot in asia and I would say a lot of straight guys are carrying it over there and i want it to come here.

what is your opinion on them.

I love them and I wish they were more accepted here. cause i dont like carrying a big ugly book bag everywhere, and i need something to carry stuff and not get ruined.

I think in NYC a lot of men carry "man bags" as you call it.

But in the lonely place in NJ where I am, we are old-fashioned. Men don't carry man bags here.

I think man bags are perfectly fine.

If I was a guy, I'd carry one around, just because I'd have a lot of stuff to carry (ei. cell, wallet, chapstick, etc.)
I think that a lot of guys need more than pockets to carry around their things because it's pretty weird to have a really huge unconfortable bulge in their pockets. rolleyes.gif

I don't really care about them. Guys can have bags all they want. I just think they're ugly.

They're okay. Some really go towards a "woman's purse" direction though.
The couture ones like Louis Vuitton are pretty nice though & also the Burberry ones. Mhm.

Except for the fact that those cost alot......

I don't see why guys carry bags if they don't put anything in it though. Same way for girls too. I don't get why people have bags and don't put anything in them.

My Spanish teacher (from Spain) carries one. It is a European thing, I guess.

idk, call me old-fashioned, but I think it would be really weird if I saw a guy carrying one. But whatever floats his boat.

I see the first bag as being an athletic one so I suppose that would be fine. The third one is just...no.

I wouldn't tell a guy not to carry one but if the bag itself looks... strange, I may just end up staring at it.

It works for some guys, others not so much. I think a guy has to have a certain air of femininity to be able to pull a man-bag off. Usually they just look like messenger bags.

I don't like that last one ermm.gif

Only in certain situations those are okay for me:
1) Going to work.
2) Traveling.
3) He is a professional.

But I like messenger bags more...they are just cooler.
