Header image isn't showing up., HELP PLEASE ! ! ! Options

I read many posts here and none of them could help me.
So, i have a problem with my header. I did everything, and i still can't get it right. It still isn't showing up. And also my sidebar is f**ked up a bit. It looks like er...i don't know, double sidebar ? Uhh.
I used this LJ generator, and i made everything step by step.
I've read somewhere that i must have a webiste listed in my profile, so i did it and it didn't make any diference. It still isn't working properly.

..the reason no header is showing up is because you haven't coded for one to show up. i didn't find a header image in your code, or at least in the places it should be coded.

ok, i see what you were trying to do, but this way works consistently with all generator layouts:
in your GLOBAL_HEAD, INSIDE the <style> tags, add:

Well, since i see that none replied i have next question
I want to post some icons under the lj cut. But the problem is that lj cut is not working for me. When i have this code: <lj-cut>"blabla"</lj-cut> it shows only text which is between inverted commas. And the weird thing is the fact that it worked for me earlier and i really don't know what happened.
I really need some help ! Anyone ?

Yes, i'm sure it's html.
Here's the code with the icon table which i'm trying to put in my entry. But it shows whole image not link to it.
Take a look at it, maybe you'll find what's wrong with it ?

Using the exact coding that you've placed in that post, the entry appears fine on a livejournal with no coding. It may be a clash between something within your css and the table coding of the entry? I'm not entirely sure.

I have a somewhat odd question for you:

Does it work when you click the lj-cut button in rich text mode? Because I have a sort of opposite problem. As in, my rich text button refuses to work properly but the coding itself works fine.

And, as I didn't care to try it in a different browser, I just got used to writing it out. Perhaps you may have to do something opposite and get used to pressing the button.

It doesn't work, even when i click on the lj-cut button. I thought that the problem is my browser, 'cause i use firefox but i tried it in internet explorer and it didn't work either.
Like Azarel said, there's probably problem with my CSS. But i don't know how to fix it.

I was wondering, if anyone know how to place links like on this livejournal. I mean, how i should change my code to make them look like this ?
Because like you can see on my LJ, links are placed on a header which looks odd, but I don't even know how to change it.

Um, I think that person has their links like that because they have a paid account. You could probably get the same sort of effect if you coded a second div column on the right (but that may get complicated).

Anyway, I put the coding from the 27th between global style tags, and this is what it looks like. I can't be bothered to actually sniff out the rest of your coding because 1) I'm lazy and 2) I actually shouldn't even be on cB right now. But in any case, the lj-cut is working still...

I'm reopening this topic just to tell you that you don't need a paid account to do your links like that. (also sorry i didn't reply to this sooner - my computer froze the last time i tried)

you're using flexible squares, correct? not S1?
to get the links like that, you should make sure that you have the "show sidebar" box checked, and that you have links in your link list. In your sidebar settings, make sure that your link list is being shown.

then add this to your css:

of course, you can add whatever you want. hope that helps!
