I like the composition on these. I think I like the first one better. The second one has a nice mood to it though.
Well done, overall. |

The first one looks better, hands down. I like the second one the best though, because theres more to look at it and the mood towards it is very nice.

I'm not sure if it's the scan/picture but the first one should be a little sharper. Try to blend the reflection into the water a bit more on the second one.
Other than that they're beautiful. The mood is set very well. |

Oooh. They are beautiful.
I like the first one more, but the second one would be better if you shade some more on the water. |

I think your pieces would be way better (not that they aren't already great) if you added more texture and sparkle to the water. Or maybe it's just me; I love to pile up the oil-paint when I'm doing water-scape things.

UHM. WOW.
These are really amazing actually. Def enter these into your portfolio. IF you have to choose between the two, then choose the first one. The composition is more interesting, and there seems to be more of a story behind it. The color is amazing as well. Gosh, ur talented girl. |

They are both awesome. I love the flowers and the detail.
In the first one, (and I think you know this already) the second person in white is a bit distorted. A technique is to paint the foreground and the lighter colors first, then paint the background and the darker colors. The second one is my favorite out of the two, though I think it could be a little better. The reflection on the right side, reflecting the trees, the trunks should be slightly reflected as well. Besides those things, it is a great piece. Call me when you sell it. I want it. |
