I had to make some for a school assignment on To Kill A Mockingbird (southern food.) So i made oven fried chicken. I used crushed chips, salt, pepper and baked it. I'm going to eat it in a few minutes now. Has anyone ever tried oven fried chicken or made it? If so, what recipe did you use?

OH YUMMMMMMMMMM.
My mom made some kind like that when I was really little. I think she added that, or something like it. I don't remember it too well, but I remember I LOVED it. |

question- how is it fried if it's in the oven? wouldnt it just be..baked chicken? |

^ i thought so too. but that's what they called it.
yeah it tasted really good though  and it should be healthier, not using any oil at all or anything. |

I think it's called 'fried' because of the crunchy outside, like what happens if you fry something.

ohh i really like it
i ate it at school once but it was horribly disgusting but then my brother made some a few weeks ago and it was REALLY GOOD
