can you guys tell me what the code is for links, when you hover over them they move to the left or right and the background is an outstreached color?

someone should move it to myspace help... considering the picture says message, view friends, comment, pics, etc.
 i know what you're talking about, though. i just don't know how to do it. hopefully someone else can help you.
