does anybody else think that..., LAGUNA BEACH IS COMPLETELY POINTLESS?

bad angles, bad camera skills, bad cast, bad acting.... the list goes on.
it's terrible!! does anybody actually like it??
i know nothing about Laguna Beach, just a random TV surfer who's watched a few episodes that seem completely pointless to me...
will anyone who likes it possibly step up and explain why or what its about??
because i'm competely clueless.
& does anyone else completely hate this particular TV series? ..or is it just me.
(BTW: i love OTH, OC, Desperate Housewives & all CSIs)

+-I couldn't find a topic like this... but feel free to close it if it's already been made.

Indeed, indeed I do.

OBTW the reason for the bad camera angles and acting is that its a reality show.

I've been to Laguna Beach. I'm not rich enough to live there and I'm too wild to party there. We turned it out.

it's not acting. it's reality tv. there shouldnt be any acting. well, unless you live in laguna beach. =]
i think it's stupid. i watched one episode and i couldnt help but laugh at their moronic attitudes.


MTV is coming to my town, overland park, kansas to film laguna beach: senior year. Or i think it's called..something like that. theyre not doing it at our school but they're doing it in one of our district's hs. it's at blue valley west and theyre like..down the street from my school (blue valley northwest.) i really hope..that uh, they look asses. =]

Haha. Agreed with the above, shoulda noticed a long time ago. But yeah, i totally agree. Its just a bunch of pointless teenagers hanging out on a beachside city with pointless drama pointless things to do BASICALLY POINTLESS.

cancel that, rather than the OC. although similar type of storyline i guess. i don't watch.

anyways, isnt LB just like the OC? well.. LB isn't acting, it's a reality show, as stated above from the people. LB is retarded in my opinion, it's boring, and i only watch it when there's nothing else to watch. all the things that happen are pretty predictable..

anyway, speaking of this, there's a new show coming out this month(?), Maui Fever on mtv. (i also heard of another, Living Lahania.) idk about the latter, but i can't wait because those 2 was filmed in my hometown! though, in the previews, it looks like they filmed in the tourist spots, which isn't really maui, but i guess that's what america is used to.

and then that new show on mtv "maui fever." i can tell it's gonna be just like lb.
i loved the first season and some of the second, but lb is completely gayghsghgydsgh in the thrid season.

And I love all the CSIs too.

However, I find Horatio slightly too ... SuperHoratio somtimes.

I've never seen OC, but thats what my friends tell me.

I like Laguna Beach. I liked the third season because everyone isn't as mean and bitchy to each other.

Laguna Beach looks extremely stupid. It's pointless drama. And it sounds like just a bunch of rich girls b*tching at each other.

I used to be slightly obsessive-compulsive about this show during its second season. I know that it's ridiculous predictable drama, and why would you watch this, etc, etc, etc. But honestly, that's why shows like this work. A lot of drama is pointless, and it's not just Laguna Beach that has it. I watched Laguna Beach because of Talan and Stephen ( whistling.gif ) and because it was entertaining, I can't really explain why. It was like there was an ongoing commentary in my head, and that made it amusing to me.

Well I'm a humungous addict over this show.
Yes it's a pointless show since after season 1. I mean season one, it had the best characters and everything was fine, now all the seasons after it, its just pointless, but I still watch it anyway. All of them are fake and I dislike it.
No because I'm loved seson one, and people say it's fake but I find it true, but I still enjoy watching it.
