I just wanted to get some feedback on my new layout. It looks different on two computers in my house, both of which are running IE and Firefox. In my opinion, it looks better in IE @ 1280x960 resolution and higher. It looks ok in Firefox though. I know I still have the "powered by google" stuff on there (yes, it's annoying). I figured I could let that go for a bit until I have time to hide it properly. Other than that, what do you think?

The layout was as spontaneous as it gets for me. It pretty much sums up how I've been feeling over the past few months. I took a few photographs on our rainy New Year's Eve, and that photograph just stood out so I worked with it. I did the coding myself with the help of several tutorials—it's the third div overlay I've done without a generator. I really like it. I think it will be staying up for quite a while. _smile.gif

Thanks for looking and any feedback.

First off you might want to remove the Powered by Google part. ;)

I really like the simplicity of it. I dunno.. I think you should've hid your comments. Somehow it just throws me off. Well overall, lovely job!

Aw, my dog doesn't have creepy eyes. She's just missing one. wub.gif

Thanks for the link to "powered by Google" mess. Like I said, I plan to remove it when I have time to make sure it's done properly. I'm thinking I'm going to have to tweak the code a little because the last time I put it up there it unhide other elements.

I thought about not having the comments on there, but my last layout had hidden comments and I didn't really like it. That's just my opinion of course. I also had them moved down farther on the page so they weren't noticeable until you scroll, but then I thought people would think I had an unnecessary scroll bar. Anyway, I may change it again. I don't know. I'll probably had a music player and some more content, just for kicks when I get bored.

Thank you for your opinions.
