why do people use body spray on their clothes not their body?

its quite true!
thats what i do. i use purfume/body spray on my clothing.

They probably want their clothes to smell good instead of their body cause it's on the outside..?

hahah no thats gross

i do it beacuse one it makes me all sticky
and also beacsue it lasts longer [the smell] on the clothes rather than on me

HAH no. If cologne were sprayed on clothing, it would last a few hours max. Spray it on your wirsts, rub together and apply to neck and back of the ears. The point is to apply to extremely warm spots on the body. Just google "How to use cologne".

I guess it's because it lasts longer and can rise above the smell of sweat (sometimes...)

Actually, wouldn't that make it smell worse because of the two different smells blending? One being gross? >_<

I put it on my clothes because peoples' skin/scent reacts differently to different body sprays/perfumes.

What I do is spray it in the air right next to me and walk through it. That's how you're supposed to put on body spray. shrug.gif
