Ok, so I'm not sure I'm even allowed to do this, but I checked the sticky-type threads and they didn't say anything about it, so I'm posting.
Is there any way that someone could give me the code for her layout? I tried viewing the source and finding the code there but I couldn't get it to work. Thank you so much, and sorry if this isn't allowed! |

..technically, yes, i could, but that would be stealing a layout, which we don't do...
besides, all the person did was edit the css, which you can easily due yourself. also, you can do it without coding at all, just with the options in the customize section. (or at least for S2 generator) |

You could leave a comment and ask the user nicely if they'd send you their code.
Or you could go through the css provided in this thread and create your own layout, provided that you put the coding into a S1 journal style. OR, as Michelle (insomniac) suggested above, you could also use the S2 style system, which is easier for those who do not understand css. |

ok guys, thanks for your help
I didn't realize that that could be considered as stealing someone's layout, even though that's obviously what it is. I'm just going to edit the code that I have now into something similar to hers which is what I want. Thanks a lot for your help though, and for not killing me for being an idiot. --- Topic closed.
