I hate my arms more than anything. They don't look the best. I'm comfortable with the rest of my body but its just my arms. They're big [as in fat.]
I was wondering what kind of workout can I do at home? I would swim, but its wayyy to cold.

I think you can hold a light weight with each arm on your sides, and lift your arms up slowly at the same time, and then back down. Make sure you get rid of the fat though, and not build too much muscle.

Push ups work out your arms. Preacher curls, lat pull down. Reach ups.
