I miss going to the Philippines for New Year's. sad.gif Hella' fireworks. XD.gif Awesome stuff.

Here in Vegas, there's always a big show of fireworks down at the strip which is televised, of course. Someday I'm going to be down at the strip and watch from there, instead of just on TV. ermm.gif

And I'm pretty sure you can buy fireworks here legally though.

I'm glad they don't use any type of fireworks here because July 4th enough with the rednecks harming themselves. Rednecks and fire rolleyes.gif.

I go back to school on Monday, so Sunday I won't be celebrating.

No, I've never done fireworks on New Years. Just... sat in the living room at some party drinking while trying to remain warm and watch the ball drop.

There used to be a firework show every year at Great America that I can see from my window, but for some reason, those've stopped. huh.gif

Residential fireworks are illegal here, but they're not in Hawaii. So when I went there for holiday vacation, there were fireworks all over the place. biggrin.gif

Ohh Chinese New Years! We have a big Chinese and Vietnamese community here, so around Chinese New Years, we always go to this one plaza to see a show and DAMN those firecracks can break your ears. But they're cool anyway. thumbsup.gif
