Do you or do you not have knowledge of html/coding/designing websites? If not , I suggest you stick to freeweb hosting which you can find a list of sites in the BBOR. I suggest freewebs though! Depending on what you already know you may want to also read up on a lot of stuff, regarding coding etc. You can find all the help you will need here:

If you do have plenty of knowledge and you want to move on into having your domain. You should think about buying one and hosting or just the domain and try to find someone who hosts them for free. (You can find everything you need to know about that in the webhosting section).

well i have a little knowledge about HTML...i can build a site i just need a free hosting site....well i have a freewebs account but now freewebs is lil bit changed i dont know where to put the layout...can anybody tell me where to go for putting the layout???

You have to create a .hmtl file with freewebs . For your main page you have to create an index.html file. That is where you would put the layout code.
