Comments in DIV not working... Options

I have asked around, I am looked around. I still can't figure it out. I have tried a billion different codes to get my comments in a div, but it is STILL not working. I am pulling my hair out because of this. here is my code: please help? Of course there is a lot more graphical appeal to the website, but I had one of my layouts stolen before so I do not want to post all the image links to my buttons, backgrounds, and such.

Ok , I don't think theres an easy fix for this, but what we can do is say you want this text centered:

Since it is in your 5th div what we can do is add text-align: center;to the div code. For example:

.Layer5 {
background-color:999999;
background-image:url("URL_HERE");
position:absolute;
left:56%;
top:77px;
text-align: center;
overflow:none;
border-style:double;
border-width:5px;
border-color:ff3399;
}

Get it? So for each one you want centered just add that to the div part. OR you can just add <center> text here </center> inside of the div.

Say you want it right aligned you would do this:
