get midol or somthing thats specific for cramps...... is that what you tried? drink water! use a heating pad on ur stomach or take a hot shower. i also heard that pineapples are supposed to be good for that - somthin in them, a certain vitamin or w/e, is supposed to help but im not sure if that works - havent tried. sad.gif feel better!

Have you tried Midol yet? Yeh. Exercising helps relieve the muscle cramping a bit. Drink water & avoid caffine. I also find that it helps a little if you kinda massage your back where it hurts :]

Take some over the counter medicine. Avoid caffine! Get plenty of rest and drink water and also keep active.

Eating Cherries tends to help me... on't really know why but anything with cherry juice in it will usually make me feel better and then it's great for otherthings so it's got multiple purposes!

Heated pads..those are heaven.

My cramps used to get so bad that I couldn't concentrate in school, & I never wanted to take Tylenol because it made me drowsy. So I went on birth control. That's another option.
