Add Comment Images, ex. "add comments" from xanga audio and photos Options

I want to put the "add comments" image from the xanga audio and photoblogs in my weblog. Its the little talk "bubble" you click to add comments to the audio and photoblog.

How can I make it so that image is present in my weblog? For example on my blog, instead of clicking "add coconuts/comments" I want people to click on that image. Can anyone help?
