I use Photoshop 6, how do I make a line that looks like a curled strand of hair? What filters should I use?

try using a brush of hairs.

Does photoshop 6 have the "Pen tool"?
If so, you need to practice with that, cause thats how you make them.  Look for some pen tool tutorials on google or vexels.net |
