How come Firefox & IE don't like each other? :(, How can I make this look decent on each browser? Options

Hi,

I made a layout where I wanted the tables to be skinnier. I even put in codes that would shrink images/videos that were too large, so the skinny tables wouldn't get stretched out. It worked, except for the comment box.

On Internet Explorer, it looks fairly okay, but on Firefox, the comments box stretches everything out!

Is there anything I could add/change?
I'd really, really, really appreciate it if anyone can help.
