So, my friend is hosting a cookie exchange, where basically I have to make 6 dozen of the same cookie and bring it to her house for a party where everyone will exchange cookies. I know people who are already making gingerbread cookies, chocolate chip cookies, more or less all the basics...

I was just wondering, if you were to pick out a cookie at a cookie exchange, what kind of cookie would you want? Or what type of cookie would you bring to a cookie exchange? And it doesn't necessarily have to be a cookie, it can be a type of bar or brownie or something.

Anyone have any ideas?
Feel free to post recipes if you know any =)
(But don't feel obligated to and you don't have to go out of your way or anything to find them, haha I can just look them up).

Ginger moons. They're these simple - but really tasty - ginger cookies with a piece of candied ginger in them. Here's a recipe. http://www.recipelink.com/mf/31/41788

Also ... do biscotti count? Haha. They're pretty easy to make (just really sticky). [:

I love oatmeal raisin cookies... they are so good, haha. Kashii makes these really good oatmeal cookies with chocolate chunks, and they are really filling and so soft.

I'm kind of considering shortbread cookies with chocolate drizzled over them. Think it will go?
