You need to upload the image you want to a server, like http://tinypic.com and then in your headline put:
CODE <img src="http://URLIMAGE">

Are you saying you want to create your own image for your headline?
If so, you need to make your own picture using programs like Photoshop, PSP, ms paint, etc...then upload it. |

Its simpe animation. For that you would need imageready or animation shop. You can also search graphic sites on the web. They sometimes offer stuff like that.
