people not receiving your messages should have nothing to do with your layout, it's most likely because myspace acts up quite often. how do you know these people are not receiving your messages?

after you've typed in a message and clicked "send" does it go to another page telling you your message has been sent and has 3 link options you can click on, or no? or does it send you to a page with an error message?

that's odd....how long has this been happening for? it could be a myspace problem. did you go directly into your brother's inbox, or just the homepage? a lot of times the notifications [you know, where it says new messages, new comments, and such] doesn't work.

If its just when you send messeges on myspace and such, its a error not anything wrong with your layout, also you may want to make sure the link your using for others to messege you is correct, still if it is and its not working right then you need to contact myspace.

how long has this been happenning for you? just today?
you're probably going to have to contact myspace.
from your screenshots it is obvious that you've sent the messages correctly.
