IM TRYING TO PUT A IMAGE BACKGROUND ON MY "VIEW PICS" PAGE. IM USING THE FOLLOWING CODE

Its because your url is wrong. You take outo http://tinyurl.com/PLACE THE URL HERE
and replace it with the image url from http://tinypic.com |
